In District Resident Advanced Life Support: $445

In District Resident Basic Life Support:: $445

In District Resident Mileage Charge (per patient loaded mile) $10

Out of District Resident Advanced Life Support: $700

Out of District Resident Basic Life Support: $700

Out of District Resident Mileage (per patient loaded mile) $13.50
