The first annual 60+ Senior Health Fair is a partnership between Sisters Park and Recreation District, the Sisters-Camp Sherman Fire District, and the Council on Aging of Central Oregon, plus many local service providers. Services available at the fair are all free of charge and include:

- Tire pressure checks
- Bone density screening
- Cancer screening
- Blood glucose testing
- Free coronary capsule screening giveaway
- Lower extremity functional strength and balance testing
- Posture screening
- Free lunch vouchers for senior luncheon
- SPRD exercise class pass giveaway
- Orthotics checks and advice
- Smoothies and trail mix
- Power saving tips and kits
