The Sisters-Camp Sherman Fire & Ambulance Association has hosted a community Easter Egg Hunt on Easter Sunday for over 45 years.

Hundres of eager egg hunters from infant to 11 years old turn out annually for the event.

Association volunteers and staff scatter over 6,000 plastic eggs throughout Creekside and Three Sisters Overnight Parks in downtown Sisters. Emergency apparatus are on scene to start the hunt with a blast of the sirens. Families can tour the apparatus and volunteers hand out prevention materials and candy. The Easter Bunny also makes an appearance
